What this is Zeetix™ technology provides a compelling fully-interactive user interface to data visualizations of arbitrary size and complexity. This alpha-level "pre-construction" ZeeGuide™ uses the "The Diploid Genome Sequence of J. Craig Venter" poster, published in PLoS Biology, to demonstrate Zeetix™ technology. A "ZeeGuide™" is a persistent dynamic document with a conventional URI. It contains a ZeeScope™ that uses the Google Map API as a user-interface toolkit. Users interact (pan, zoom, de-zoom) with the published visualization and with two instances of ZeeMarker™ denoting literature references, one for a variant associated with Mycardial Infarction risk and the other for a region associated with age-dependent nicotine addiction.
